Ortho-Mind is a superior multi-nutrient formula including ingredients supported by the latest research. These ingredients include nutrients like citicoline and Acetyl-L-Carnitine as well as natural botanical extracts like gingko biloba, panax ginseng and bacopa.
Changes to the formula include the removal of vinpocetine and Huperzine-A and the addition of 100mg of Panax ginseng. Pyroglutamic acid has been replaced with the more effective L-Arginine-L-Pyroglutamic acid. All other ingredients, including Acetyl-L-Carnitine, Bacopa, Ginkgo, Citicoline and Vitamin B5 remain unchanged.
Suggested Use
Take up to 6 capsules daily, or as directed by a qualified health care practitioner.

Caution:
Do not use if you are pregnant or nursing, have had a heart attack/myocardial infarction, or are taking medications or health products that affect blood coagulation (e.g. blood thinners, clotting factor replacements, acetylsalicylic acid, ibuprofen, fish oils, vitamin E) as this may increase the risk of spontaneous bleeding. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have diabetes, cardiovascular disease and are attempting to increase physical activity, renal/kidney disease, are following a low protein diet or are taking digoxin, antidepressant medications, or medications for cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, erectile dysfunction, high blood pressure or seizures. Some people may experience gastrointestinal discomfort (such as diarrhea), insomnia, anxiety, or headaches, in which case, discontinue use.
