Indole-3-carbinols have been shown (in cellular and animal studies) to have benefits for prostate and breast health. Specifically for breast health, indole-3-carbinols alters estrogen metabolism (possible inactivation). Who should consider this formula? Individuals who are interested in increasing their intake of potent antioxidants, especially those who are over the age of 45.
